Here are the simple steps to use Internet in Windows 8 via Android:
STEP 1: First you have to download a small size software for both PC and mobile named PDA net.
STEP 2: Download pda for desktop in www.pdanet.co
After installing PdaNet for desktop, go to all programs in your PC and search for "pda", then you will find pdaNet. Then pin it to taskbar as shown below
